As we interact with others, we often encounter differences of opinions, perceptions, and values. These differences can result in significant conflicts and considerable stress unless we learn some specific nondefensive communications skills. Nondefensive communication goes beyond the usual external level of body language, eye contact, and proper sentence structure. It involves four other levels of communication, which have the power to improve your relationships with anyone, significantly increase your listening skills, reduce conflicts, and open closed-off lines of communication. Join us for this energizing and interactive session to discover how nondefensive communication can help you communicate more effectively with everyone.
